Privacy Policy
IDEAMP (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides Blink – Quick Notes & Widget (package name: io.ideamp.blinkmemo). This Privacy Policy describes the information that may be collected, used, or shared through the app.
1. Information handled by the app
App interactions and diagnostics
App interactions, crash logs, and diagnostics may be collected to operate, analyze, and improve the app.
Device identifiers
Device or advertising identifiers may be collected or shared for analytics, advertising, and fraud prevention.
Approximate location
Approximate location may be inferred by advertising or analytics services, for example from an IP address.
Purchase history
Purchase history may be processed to provide premium features, verify transactions, analyze usage, and prevent fraud.
Voice input
If you choose to use voice input, voice or sound data may be processed to provide that feature.
Your notes
Notes and local backups are stored on your device. Blink does not require you to create an account.
2. How information is used
Information may be used to:
- provide app features, widgets, voice input, backups, restores, and premium access;
- measure performance, understand app usage, diagnose crashes, and improve reliability;
- show and measure advertising; and
- protect the app, verify purchases, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Third-party services and sharing
Blink may use Google services such as Google Play Billing, Google Mobile Ads, analytics, and crash reporting. These providers may process app activity, diagnostics, approximate location, purchase information, and device or advertising identifiers under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Storage, security, and retention
Data transmitted by the app is encrypted in transit. Notes and local backup files remain under your control on your device. Information processed by third-party services is retained according to their policies and the settings you choose. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
5. Your choices
You can decline optional permissions, control advertising choices in Android settings, stop using voice input, or clear Blink’s storage or uninstall the app to remove locally stored data. Purchase records may remain with Google Play where required for transaction, security, or legal purposes.
6. Children
Blink is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
